Which country do you ship to?

We only deliver to Austria.

How long does shipping take?

• Standard shipping: 8-12 business days (included in product price).

• Express shipping: 3–5 working days (plus €40).

• Discounted express shipping: €25 if the order value is €150 or more.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

• Standard shipping: free – already included in the price.

• Express shipping: available for an additional charge at checkout.

How long does it take to process my order?

Processing will take place within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.

Return & Refund

Can I return a product?

We don't accept returns. However, if your product is damaged or incorrect, we offer a full refund.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrectly?

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Send us photos and a brief description of the problem. If the refund is approved, you will receive the full amount.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval.

Are your products made of real gold or silver?

No. All our items are costume jewelry.

Terms like "gold" or "silver" refer to the color of the item, not the material. Any markings like "925" or "18k" are purely decorative.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Our jewelry is made from materials such as stainless steel, titanium steel, or copper. While these are generally safe, we recommend avoiding contact with water and not wearing the jewelry if you have severe metal allergies.
